The page for the stuff I have that doesn't really fit anywhere else! Video tidbits, effects tests, films that don't deserve their own page. Feel free to dredge on through.

Why
1943 is So Much More Awesome Than Right Now The Adventures of Squid and Non-Robot A truly bad film. If you watch all the way through, I'll be surprised. It's about two time traveling individuals who torture this one guy. For 11 minutes. YouTube Invaders Notably, Invaders will soon have their own page.
Invaders Episode 1, of Cheese, Swedish Fish, and Wooden Shoes First episode. Whole thing made in about 5 hours, start to finish. Nick Kennedy is amazing. This actually won an award. Weird, eh? We made it in a day or two, as a joke entry in a contest. But it won. I dig it. Tiny Things
I made this for Revelations (see below) but it didn't fit. I still think it's awesome. I didn't even remember I'd made this till I found it just now. Wow. Old stuff. The coolest, most underused thing I own: A camera zipline. Here's a test. Made these when I was, like, 11 or something. A collection. Us Singing Backstreet Boys at the 50th anniversary of my Elementary School. They called us back. Pretty much epic. GMI Work done for the school morning video announcements. It was hardcore times.
Introductions Introducing the Inglemoir Dogs. (YouTube) The Inglemoir Dogs fight the robots. Inglemoir Dogs vs the Harry Potter Club The Inglemoir Dogs fight the robots and the Harry Potter Club. It's really high quality. I'd suggest seeing the YouTube version => (YouTube) Little Orphan Annie's Evil Zombie Possessions This thing is weird. No joke. But I dig it. (YouTube) Features One of the many videos we made for our school video announcements. This one features the pole vault team. Once again made for school. This ended up on some crazy Zelda site, without my knowing it. Cracked me up. The ending is odd, but remember, it was for school announcements. A spoof of the Matrix, in which the student populous learns not to have their parents call them out of class. This is actually pretty good. Especially considering it was filmed in a time about twice the length of the film. I went to a game and filmed stuff, then edited this together in about 45 minutes. I think it turned out high energy. Films I Did Some
Stuff For
From the amazing head of Sean Stapleton comes the epic adventures of Solid Snake, in Bothell. I did the post imaging. Along with having decent hair. I just supplied a few clips. Amazing band, amazing video. Bob made the rest. Sweet stuff. Check them out. Because they rule. Directed by the incomparable Shane Felux, this is probably one of the greatest Star Wars "Fanfilms" ever made. I did a few effects. That's all. Directed by Daniel Ross. I did a few really bad effects for it. Another film by the amazing Shane Felux, it won the Atomfilms Fan Film contest award, and the George Lucas Choice award, the two biggest awards a fanfilm can get. It was amazing. I made two robots for it. That is all. Directed by Aaron Greer. I did some bad effects for it, though a few turned out okay. Only, like, 3 shots. Did a little fighting with Isaac Oquist in this film, created by DurbnPoisn Films and Figrim Film.
Music:
Arguably one of the best songs I've ever written. Out of, say, 3 songs? Funny, but not really expressive of any "musical skill". In fact, most people don't like it. Interviews: For the Revelations Fanzine. Kinda fun. Renderosity Interview regarding Ideality Many thanks to Sergio Rosa. (note: The images no longer work)
Because you can't always catch it
when it's hot. Like a microwave.
I don't have permission from people to post these, but I think they're cool. Like, I could read this and feel good. Or get a big head. Or try to trick you into thinking I'm better than I am. I should post some hate reviews as well. Oooh. Yeah.
That was fantastic.
You guys are either nuts or geniuses (sp?). Both, probably.
that
was the one of the most original, funniest and mind-bending flicks I've seen
in a long time
All of
it was comedy gold.
I have
to say, that was just stunning!! Ian, I swear to god, you're the coolest guy ever. Also, your teacher looks like a wookiee superhero. Ian, you are mad. Wow. Just Wow. I thought that was freakin' awesome. Period. |
